Fundamentals of uplift training and consultation

Audience: School mental health specialists, administrators, and other district staff identified as strong candidates to act as trainers in UPLIFT

Goals

• Prepare participants to deliver TIC training and offer consultation that meets the needs of their training participants.

• Develop competency and confidence in using UPLIFT modules, supplemental TIC resources, and progress monitoring tools to motivate staff to take small steps toward meaningful change.

• Review all UPLIFT modules and tools, and identify any future training needs or interests.

•  Review Foundations of Trauma-Informed Care module and achieve readiness to train others on this content
