The mission of the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) and the RESC Alliance Increasing Educator Diversity Program is to assist Connecticut School Districts in recruiting, developing, hiring, supporting, and retaining a racially, ethnically, and linguistic diversity of teaching and administrative workforce.
